Refund & Exchange Policy.
We stand behind our products here at Festival Quilts. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return most items within 10 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns postmarked past this date. Please note that all clearance items are non-refundable.
All items must be returned to Festival Quilts postmarked within 10 days upon receipt of your order. To ensure prompt return of your merchandise please follow these instructions:
Pack Your Return – All returns must be unwashed, unused, unsoiled, and in original condition and in its original packaging to receive credit. It will be closely inspected upon receipt. Neatly fold your item back into its original packaging and return in its original box.
Ship Your Return - Use the shipping carrier of your choice. Please note: return shipping is at the customer's expense. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected returns. Ship it back in the original packaging.
Packing - Inside the package, place a card with your name, shipping address, contact info, and specific reason why you’re returning the item. Then please fill out the Contact Us form below or Email Us at brad@festival-products.com so we have all pertinent information.
Receive Your Refund - If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued within 7 business days of the receipt of your return. Your refund will appear on your billing statement as Festival Products. Please be aware that your credit card company may take up to 60 days to post the refund on your statement.
Damaged Items: Festival Quilts only sells high quality, high integrity products therefore damage is rare, nearly non-existent. Any damaged or flawed items must be reported within 5 days of receiving your shipment with no exceptions. If you would like to return your items because they appear to be damaged or flawed please Email Us with pictures at brad@festival-products.com
Original Shipping Charges will not be refunded.
Free Shipping Returns
Orders that qualified for "Free Shipping” in NC, VA, and SC will not receive a full refund. Shipping expense deductions shown below:
Under $100: No returns accepted.
$100 to $199.99 returned: $25 deducted from refund.
$200 to 299.99 returned: $30 deducted from refund.
$300 and over returned: 10% of order deducted from refund.
Refusing Shipment: If you refuse a shipment, it will then fall under our standard return policy. Any round trip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Please Note: Photos and descriptions on our website are the best quality possible and have been provided by the manufacturer. However, photos and descriptions may not be actual representations of colors due to computer monitor settings so we cannot be responsible for differences in online colors and actual color variances. Therefore, Festival Quilts will not issue credits for shipping based on color variances due to images and descriptions. Festival Quilts will refuse any return that does not follow the return policy.
